Heroes to Hometowns

For our Wounded Warriors the war is far from over as they fight new battles each day to find a new normal.

Heroes to Hometowns is designed to welcome home Service Members who are severely injured. Heroes to Hometowns inspires community pride and establishes a support network for Service Members and their Families.

Attend and learn more about how our Wounded Warriors are being assisted in your community, help develop a strong local community support, collaboration and maximize resources in support of those that have given so much already.

We will have guest speakers that are assisting Wounded Warriors and building collaborations in your community

Please RSVP. Due to coordinating efforts and certain limitations we request no more than 2 people represent your organization. Each organization will be introduced and have 30 seconds to tell everyone about your programs. If there are any changes in your organization please send corrections for the resource guide. Please include names, phone number, e-mail address, web site, and brief description of your program.
