The Department of Defense invites you to the Heroes to Hometowns Community Support Meeting
Heroes to Hometowns is designed to welcome home Service Members who are severely injured. In creating a positive transition home, Heroes to Hometowns inspires community pride and establishes a support network for Service Members and their Families so they can live productive lives.

Attend and help develop a strong local community of support,
collaboration and maximize our resources in support of those that
have given so much already.
Connect with Heroes to Hometowns and others supporting
the vital cause of assisting our
returning Wounded Warriors
Please RSVP. Due to coordinating
efforts and certain limitations we request no more than 2 people
represent your organization. Each organization will be
introduced and have 30 seconds to tell everyone about your
programs. Please write a short paragraph describing your
organization and programs to be added to a resource guide for
your area. Please include names, phone number, e-mail address, web
site, and brief description of your program.
